North Fork is a northwest outdoor inspired restaurant focused on sourcing all ingredients from Oregon and the northwestern states. From the reclaimed fir that makes up the face of our bar, to the garnishes in our cocktails, sourcing our ingredients from locally owned farms gives us the opportunity to provide our guests with a high quality farm-to-fork grub. Our eastern Oregon grass fed beef, wild caught seafood from Oregon’s rivers and coast, Oregon award winning beers, and small vineyard wine list are just a few ways we will honor all the beauty Oregon has to offer. Our overall goal is to be the go to restaurant for anyone who would like to experience the flavors of Oregon and be the home where locals want to belly up.
